Why create an account?
An account gives you access to the Web Portals where you can access and control your phone settings.
An account isn't always necessary. If you simply want to use your desk phone for calling and accessing your messages, then there is no need to create an account. An account simply gives you access to the web portal to access your phone and adjust settings. It allows for easy access to things such as:
- Making and receiving calls from a computer with a headset.
- Accessing Voicemail messages and adjusting your greetings through a browser.
- Accessing Call History, Chat and Contacts.
- Accessing the mobile app.
How to create an account?
Please contact us to get your email address associated with your account and we will send you a Welcome Email. If you have already done this in the past, you may be able to simply reset your password by visiting https://pbx.tharon.tech
